How much time does this take each day?
Each daily session is designed to take 20–40 minutes. The content is structured so you can do it before work, during a lunch break, or as an evening wind-down. Consistency matters more than perfection — even partial days count.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
No. This program is a structured self-directed and supported clinical tool — not a substitute for individual therapy. What is DBT and do I need prior experience with it?
Dialectical Behavior Therapy is an evidence-based skills system originally developed for emotional regulation — now widely used for anxiety, stress, and burnout. No prior experience is needed. Skills are introduced progressively and explained clearly throughout the program.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Yes. The program is HSA and FSA eligible. Superbills are provided for 1:1 sessions in the supported tiers, which you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
What if I fall behind during the 8 weeks?

How is hypnotherapy different from meditation?
Meditation builds present-moment awareness and general regulation capacity.
