Each week includes a professionally recorded clinical hypnosis session. You listen in bed at night — no prior experience needed. The recordings use progressive relaxation, imagery, and evidence-based suggestion to help your nervous system learn what letting go actually feels like.

What's included in the 1:1 add-on session?

A private 2-hour hypnotherapy session via video, tailored specifically to your sleep history, anxiety patterns, and goals. You'll also receive a personalised recording from your session to use ongoing.

Do I need to complete all three weeks before booking the 1:1?

No — you can book the 1:1 at any point. Many people find it most powerful after completing weeks one and two, when they have context for the work.
